PixelGuess is a free online picture guessing game with movies, TV shows, video games, animation, logos, fruit and vegetables. Play solo in under two minutes or join a public room, on desktop or phone.
How do you play?
A picture starts out pixelated and gets clearer during the round. Type its title or name as soon as you recognise it: earlier answers earn more points. Depending on the theme, pictures may also zoom out or reveal from a corner.
Do I need an account?
No. Solo and public rooms are open to guests. Signing in lets you keep your statistics and take part in the daily leaderboard.
How do I play with friends?
Join the same room: everyone sees the same pictures at the same time. Incorrect guesses appear in the feed; correct answers stay hidden. Share the room link to invite your friends.
What is the daily challenge?
Three pictures, thirty seconds each, the same for everyone during the UTC day. Guests can practise; signed-in players get one ranked attempt per day.
Where did the idea come from?
The idea for Pixel Guess came to us while watching videos by Wankil Studio, Laink and Terracid, a game invented by LeGrosBubu. We wanted to play it with friends but couldn't find an online version, so we created it ourselves.
PixelGuess is an unofficial fan version.
